WorkLife Central provides expert-led, digital wellbeing content for employees, supporting growth, resilience, and happiness both in and out of the workplace. Recognised as Wellbeing Service Provider of the Year 2025 at the InsideOut Awards, they help organisations demonstrate a commitment to employee wellbeing.
What the service does
We designed a clear, user-friendly web design that showcases WorkLife Central’s multi-format wellbeing programme. The site highlights the platform’s four content categories — Careers, Families, Inclusion, and Wellbeing — and explains how employees can access resources through on-demand videos, live talks, workshops, and expert articles.
How it works
Employees access WorkLife Central via a web platform or mobile app, allowing flexible engagement anytime, anywhere. The system provides practical guidance, expert advice, and support for life’s challenges, from career development and parental support to mental and physical health.
Corporate membership
Organisations can offer corporate membership, giving employees free access to the platform. This supports workforce wellbeing, helps deliver DE&I objectives, and reinforces a meaningful culture of care across the business.
Easy for the team to update
The website runs on KIT CMS, enabling the WorkLife Central team to update content, add events, and maintain the platform without technical assistance.
Accessible and mobile-friendly
The site is fully responsive and designed for easy use on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Accessibility best practices ensure all users can access expert-led content, workshops, and resources, including via the dedicated app.
