During the Covid-19 pandemic, Kontrolit worked closely with WorkLife Central to transition their programme online, ensuring continuity and engagement for members worldwide.

Content is carefully curated into four key themes — Careers, Families, Inclusion, and Wellbeing — delivered by hand-picked experts through a variety of formats including live talks, short videos, and comprehensive written guides. The design encourages exploration, with intuitive navigation and a personalised member area for saving favourites, tracking bookings, and accessing corporate benefits.
