Tim’s original background was coding sites. He then progressed to project management before taking over as Managing Director in 2015. Tim today has a varied role within Kontrolit picking up loose ends and trouble shooting. His main passion now is to help the Kontrolit team work together, getting the best from his staff so that they can deliver great solutions for customers.

When not working it would appear to Tim that all his time is taken up with family and trying to keep fit.

Matt, our longest serving employee, has been with us since the internet was still in its infancy. He joined Kontrolit to help build customer relations and sales, he progressed his knowledge and expertise over the years and has become the lead of our project team. By combining his in-depth knowledge of our systems capabilities and his ability to listen to our customers’ needs, he is an integral part of our clients’ journey in building their bespoke solutions.  Outside of Kontrolit, Matt has a background in music and can often be found playing his trumpet in a variety of local bands.

With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience (in the UK and New Zealand) Richard understands the needs of our clients and has a real passion for finding them the ideal solution.  He enjoys getting under the hood of our customers' businesses, working out the best ways to drive them forward. He promises to chat jargon-free about websites and digital marketing.  Alongside his eclectic love of music, which takes him from blues gigs to opera concerts, Richard spends most weekends either ocean-swimming, cycling the back lanes or trail running (often with a backpack containing his overnight equipment).

Lee is our lead developer. Having joined Kontrolit straight from University in 2005, he has gone on to develop and create our bespoke in-house CMS known as “KIT”. He relishes the challenge of continuously learning in the ever-expanding world of development, ensuring all Kontrolit products are using the most up-to-date systems and practices available. In his spare-time, he enjoys regularly going for a run and spending quality time with his wife and children.

Dan’s love of designing websites for our clients is hard to match, although it’s pretty close to his passion for motorbikes. He joined Kontrolit in 2015 as an apprentice. Initially his role involved helping with support calls and general queries. He has progressed by following his passion and becoming Kontrolit’s specialist in design. On a sunny weekend, you can often find him at West Bay.

Fin brings over a decade of expertise in Marketing and Web Development, having worked across education, private, and commercial sectors. He joined Kontrolit in 2019 as a Digital Marketing Analyst and has since progressed to become the Head of Paid, overseeing all aspects of PPC. Apart from his work, he loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. He's a self-proclaimed nerd, evident from his impressive office set-up that you'll witness during Teams meetings with him!
