
Help site updated for latest version of our content management system
We have been busy over the last few months updating the help site for the latest version of our Content Management System, Kontrolit. Customers can now find a broad range of help articles covering everything from Getting Started to in-depth articles for advanced functions such as Layers and Widgets.
With more of our customers choosing to upgrade to our latest version and new customers arriving all the time, the need for comprehensive help 24x7 has never been greater.
The help site has grown so much over the last few months that it will become a great first point of call for our customers.
Our customers will be able to access the help site directly from their administration panel once we have completed the next round of upgrades in the next few weeks. A new icon will appear in the top right of your administration panel screen as shown below:
This help site does not replace the existing support channels of:
- Phone support during office hours (24x7 for Enterprise customers)
- Live support during office hours (screen share to demonstrate how to)
- Support tickets via our support centre
The help site will be continuously updated to cover new features. However, if you would like more information on any particular topic we would like to hear from you.
