New feature - Role Manager

Roles define what a user can and can’t do within the Kontrolit admin panel by hiding /showing functionality. Roles can be customised and new roles can be added by administrators in the role manager.

New customisation for Components

• Tag clouds can have their font size and number of tags adjusted
• Ability to show/hide any title of a component on the front end
• Components can now call predefined templates/styles

New filter in the document manager

In the document manager you can now filter documents by status; authorised, rejected, in development and awaiting authorisation.

Change default sort order for sections

You can now adjust how different content is ordered on the public web site. For example you can either order product in a shop by the lowest or highest price first.

Preset document templates added

To increase productivity we have added some default templates to every site. You can use this has a starting point for your own templates or just use them as provided.

• Article - Title, right aligned image and content.
• Article + Caption - Title, right aligned image + caption, plus text.
• Table - Simple table for laying out a grid of data

New attributes for events

Stat and end date/time added to enable events to be sorted on the front end more easily.

Tax rate programmable for postage

Tax rate for postage can now be programmed from one location.
