Security is one of the key features of Kontrolit. Kontrolit uses its own security system based around standard ASP.NET conventions.
You can grant users permissions for particular areas of the admin panel using the Role Manager. You can choose from a range of pre-defined roles or you can create customised roles to suite your business needs.
You can also control the access rights of the site visitors. You can create secured site sections that are only accessible by registered members.
All passwords are stored in an encrypted format and there is a password strength indicator present when they are being created.
