Kontrolit 3.14 Sneak Peek

What no version 3.13? Not that we are superstitious, but we didn't want to tempt fate so we've decided to jump straight to 3.14, besides there are so many cool features coming it deserves a bigger leap! Lets just take a moment to look at the main headline features currently in development ....

Twitter / Linked In Integration

Our marketing team, who are always looking for ways to save time, decided that they needed a quick way to automatically tweat to Twitter and update Linked In when creating documents on the website. The "techie" chaps got their thinking caps on and have developed a great new addition to our website CMS to allow you to do just this.

When inserting a new document, whether it be a new product, news article or event etc, you are able to tweat about it OR update your Linked In from within Kontrolit. To set this up all you need to do is to ensure that you have set up your Twitter / Linked In accounts and that you have inserted the correct account information into the settings screen. Once this is all done, it's just down to you to come up with the new content for your website, as you do, you can then tweat away with just a few extra clicks. No longer do you need to copy / paste and log into your Twitter account etc, everything is handled by your website for you.

Other Areas for Improvement

Tweating aside, the other main area where we have implemented a series of updates and modifications is our Shop module. More specific details will be released about forthcoming shop mods in the next few weeks.
